Jeffrey Kaban is an associate in the Commercial Litigation, Securities Litigation, and White Collar & Regulatory Defense practice groups and is a member of Cooley's Litigation department. He joined the Firm in 2004 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.

Mr. Kaban has substantial expertise in numerous areas, including securities law, officer and director liability matters, mergers and acquisitions litigation, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and white collar litigation. He regularly represents such clients in civil class actions as well as in investigations and proceedings brought by the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
