Jeffrey C. Grady focuses his practice on general civil litigation with concentrations in construction, insurance, catastrophic tort, land use and contract and business disputes. He also has significant experience with partnership and shareholder disputes and trademark litigation.

Jeff has successfully represented closely held and publicly traded companies in state and federal courts and in arbitrations in North Carolina and numerous other jurisdictions throughout the country. He has handled all facets of complex civil litigation including dispositive motions practice, electronic discovery, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, bench and jury trials, and appellate briefings and arguments.

Jeff works with clients to quickly and accurately assess all aspects of pending or potential litigation and to provide value-oriented strategies at each stage of the litigation process. His litigation experience includes mortgage and real estate fraud, construction defects and disputes, product and catastrophic tort liability, trademarks and general business and contractual litigation.

Jeff takes pride in his pro bono and community support activities. He frequently counsels a local nonprofit that raises funds for sarcoma cancer research. During law school, Jeff served on the Wake Forest Law Review.
