Jeffrey Comeau is a litigation associate in the firm’s San Diego office. He assists clients in various areas of intellectual property law, focusing on patent litigation. Mr. Comeau has experience litigating infringement, validity, and damages aspects of patent disputes, including trial experience in the Eastern District of Texas and before the International Trade Commission.

Mr. Comeau has a technical background in engineering, including coursework in bioengineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, and computer science. His practice involves a wide variety of technologies, such as computer hardware, software, mobile devices, automated trading systems, flash memory, video games, and medical devices.
