An experienced trial and appellate lawyer, Jeff is the former Chief of the DOJ’s Fraud Section in Washington, D.C., which has exclusive criminal enforcement jurisdiction over the FCPA and handles many of the nation's most significant securities fraud, False Claims Act, and international money laundering cases. Jeff also previously served as a federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of New York, where he was Chief of the Violent Crimes & Terrorism Section and widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading national security prosecutors.
