Jeffrey Lerner’s practice focuses on patent litigation. Mr. Lerner has broad experience representing clients before federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He has tried cases in federal court and the ITC and has litigated in a broad array of different technology areas, including semiconductor devices, software technology, advanced materials, and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Lerner also has substantial experience representing clients in antitrust litigation and advising clients on various aspects of antitrust law.
