Jeffrey DuRocher focuses on both corporate and partnership income tax planning and dispute resolution and private equity and venture capital fund formations.

In his tax practice, Jeff works on business and real estate transactions, advising on matters such as the tax consequences of corporate buyouts, mergers and other acquisitions, made by public and private corporations, joint ventures and partnerships. His tax litigation and dispute resolution practice involves both the Internal Revenue Service and the Franchise Tax Board.

He has taught and lectured extensively on a variety of income tax subjects at business associations, bar groups and other professional organizations.

In his private equity and venture capital fund formations practice, Jeff represents both fund sponsors and fund investors.
