Jeff Mills represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters with a focus on complex commercial cases and issues related to financial institutions and mortgage servicing companies. He has assisted multiple clients in responding to civil and criminal government investigations in foreign countries including matters arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Jeff's practice also includes litigating, investigating, and advising clients on issues arising under federal and state consumer protection statutes. His recent representations include advising clients regarding the impact of potential changes to national bank preemption under the Dodd-Frank Act and related state law compliance issues.

Jeff maintains an active pro bono practice including federal court criminal defense at the district and appellate levels, as well as assisting clients with consumer law issues.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Jeff worked in the television and radio broadcasting field as a sports anchor.
