Mr. Kucera focuses his practice on Bankruptcy, Debtors’ and Creditors’ Rights, and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Kucera regularly appears before the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and the U.S. District Courts in the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as circuit courts throughout the state. In bankruptcy matters, Mr. Kucera has represented debtors; secured and unsecured creditors; acquirors of assets and operations; bond and debenture holders; and creditors’ committees. He has also successfully sought the appointment of, and represented, receivers in various state-court matters.
