Jelena Vojinovic focuses her practice on public and private financing transactions, and has acted as bond counsel, underwriters' counsel, and purchaser and credit enhancement counsel in transactions throughout the United States. She is experienced in the area of tax-exempt bond financing for multifamily housing projects, universities, 501(c)(3), public utilities and municipalities. Jelena also has experience in real estate based lending, securitization and derivative transactions.
