Jenna Berman concentrates her practice in labor and employment matters. She counsels clients on employment policies and day-to-day issues as well as employee discipline.

Ms. Berman has represented academic institutions in a variety of matters, including discrimination litigation, student enrollment, discipline, and special education.

While in law school, Ms. Berman was the managing editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal’s Student Works section. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Susan Peikes Gantman of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
