Jennifer C. Ryan has a graduate degree in business and focuses her practice on litigation and dispute resolution in a wide range of litigation for a variety of clients, including lenders, financial services firms and publicly traded companies and their directors and officers.

Jennifer advises on matters involving contract disputes, torts, allegations of accounting irregularities, insider trading, inadequate or misleading public disclosures and breaches of fiduciary duties. She also conducts internal investigations in response to tips, complaints and regulatory inquiries; guides firm clients through the e-discovery process; and negotiates and prepares settlement documents.

With regard to real estate litigation, in particular, Jennifer represents lenders and title insurance companies. She handles foreclosures of retail, hotel and single-family home development projects, as well as golf courses, in multiple states; litigates mechanics lien claims; and negotiates and prepares pre-negotiation agreements, forbearance agreements and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
