Jennifer Adair has been engaged in an active litigation practice since 1999, handling civil litigation of all types, including personal injury, product liability, premises liability, property loss, construction disputes, employment law, contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters, intellectual property, and intentional torts.
After graduating cum laude in 1996 from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama, Jennifer attended the University of Alabama School of Law, where she was a member of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society and served as an associate editor of the Journal of the Legal Profession. She obtained her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Alabama in 1999.
Jennifer was admitted to the State Bar of Alabama in 1999 and to the State Bar of Georgia in 2000, where she is a member of the section on Insurance and Litigation as well as the Young Lawyers’ Division. Jennifer is a member of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. She is authorized to practice law in the state and federal courts of Georgia and Alabama.
