Jennifer Barrett is responsible for a wide variety of trial and appellate matters -- in areas of law such as securities, insurance, reinsurance, corporate governance, intellectual property and trade secrets, unfair competition, consumer protection, employment, defamation and entertainment -- on behalf of clients engaged in a diverse range of businesses, including: brokerage and other financial services, insurance, publishing, television news, on-line marketing and services, consumer products, music distribution, transportation and health care. Ms. Barrett is Co-Chair of the firm’s National Employment Practice.
