Jennifer Del Medico is a litigator with a broad federal and state commercial litigation practice. She has represented domestic and international corporate clients in a wide variety of matters including litigation related to complex financial products, contract interpretation, and government investigations. Jennifer has defended pharmaceutical and health care companies in False Claims Act matters, as well as in government investigations of allegations related to kickbacks and off-label marketing.

Jennifer's practice also focuses on defending clients in toxic tort and product liability litigations. She is currently part of the team defending IBM in a case involving claims of personal injury, medical monitoring, and property damage relating to groundwater contamination and vapor intrusion. She also has represented clients in product liability class actions involving a wide range of consumer products.

Jennifer has extensive experience planning, implementing, and managing electronic discovery projects in the U.S. and abroad relating to potential and active litigations. She has been responsible for managing large teams of lawyers in executing major discovery projects on time and within budget.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Jennifer was a newspaper reporter for The Star-Ledger in Newark, New Jersey, where she covered civil and criminal matters in the New Jersey Superior Courts.
