Jennifer is a member of Reed Smith's Corporate and Securities Group where she specializes in representing Corporate and Entertainment clients with a focus on financial services. Her practice includes corporate finance and governance, corporate securities issues, settlement implementation for major banks, multi-million dollar slate and single-picture financing and television and film distribution. She also regularly assists in the drafting of film and television production agreements and the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate.

Jennifer also works with many pro bono clients. Her pro bono work includes advising the Board of Directors for a Los Angeles charter school, supporting a nonprofit operating in Haiti, counseling an organization that promotes minority filmmakers, and representing clients in conjunction with the USC Law School Intellectual Property and Technology clinic to provide better access to fair use counseling and legal representation
