Jennifer Harris is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Alternative Investments Practice.

Ms. Harris’s practice focuses on finance transactions, including structured financings, secured lending and debt restructuring both in and outside of bankruptcy. She represents financial institutions, corporations, issuers, special servicers, official and ad hoc creditors committees and structuring agents. Recent areas of particular focus include workouts of troubled structured finance transactions (commercial mortgage-backed security and structured investment vehicle transactions), public and private auto loan and auto lease receivable securitizations, and secured lending (2d lien structures, DIPs and exit facilities). Ms. Harris's experience spans a wide-array of industries that include gaming, hospitality, telecommunications, broadcasting, shipping, oil and gas, healthcare, and sports.
