A prolific author, Scullion contributes articles regularly to the National Law Review, Law360, and other journals and blogs. She is also the author of two chapters on international civil litigation in an upcoming ABA book and co-author of numerous PLC Practice Notes on international litigation in U.S. courts.

Scullion graduated from Boston University in 1991, summa cum laude, with a degree in English literature. She earned her law degree from UCLA in 1995, graduating in the top five of her class and receiving Order of the Coif honors. After law school, she clerked for U.S. District Judge Stephen Wilson in the Central District of California.

In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Scullion has an active pro bono practice focusing on election law, voting rights, and amateur sports issues. Since 2007, she has worked with the nationwide Election Protection coalition in each general election.
