Jennifer Yule DePriest

Jennifer is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on intellectual property disputes involving patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks and unfair competition. Jennifer litigates against non-practicing entities as well as direct competitors, and her recent matters have involved computer software, telecommunications networks, videogame software and systems, web-enabled products and services, and consumer electronics and appliances. Jennifer has also successfully litigated complex commercial matters - at the trial court level and on appeal - involving securities fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference and other complex business disputes.
