Jennifer Z. Wang

Jennifer Z. Wang is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Ms. Wang's focus is primarily on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Ms. Wang also has extensive experience advising clients on securities law, corporate governance and general corporate matters and has represented both issuers and underwriters in a variety of securities transactions.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Wang practiced as a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York.

Ms. Wang earned a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in 2007, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and the Development Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002.

Ms. Wang is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
