Jeremy Gray has represented clients in various complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal, both at the trial and appellate levels, and in private commercial arbitration. Jeremy has represented clients in a variety of industries including industrial and commercial manufacturers, real estate developers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, and numerous other corporate clients. He has experience in all phases of litigation including pre-suit factual investigations through appeal.

Jeremy's experience includes the successful defense of a large scale commercial real estate developer that resulted in a full jury trial verdict; the successful defense of a hostile takeover bid; class action representation under the federal antitrust laws; defense of a medical supply manufacturer in a suit alleging various Lanham Act claims; and defense of a multinational engine manufacturer in a contract dispute with its largest customer.

Most recently, Jeremy served as member of a trial team for a medical device manufacturer in defense of commercial litigation arising from an alleged breach of a supply agreement. In addition, Jeremy served as part of a team of attorneys representing R.J. Reynolds in a nationwide arbitration regarding contract disputes under the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement. As part of that representation, he served as a member of the trial team in two arbitration trials before a panel of three retired federal judges.
