Jerry focuses his practice on representing lenders in all phases of asset-based lending transactions and related workouts and bankruptcies. These range from sole lender deals of millions of dollars to syndicated transactions of several billion dollars with multiple tranches of secured and unsecured debt and complex intercreditor and interlender relationships. Jerry has extensive experience with cross-border secured financings, workouts and insolvencies, particularly those involving English law countries, Germany and the Netherlands. He has also represented lenders in healthcare, retail and consumer finance transactions.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Jerry served as assistant general counsel for Bank of America, N.A. from 1985 to 2009 working primarily with the Bank’s ABL group, including for many years as the in-house attorney for the ABL group in London, as well as Canada and the ABL Healthcare group, Consumer Finance group and Factoring group.
