Jessica Wood is a member of the Bryan Cave Banking, Business and Public Finance team. Ms. Wood focuses her practice in the area of financial institutions law including corporate governance, regulation, and compliance.

Ms. Wood earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law and her M.B.A. from Emory University Goizueta Business School. While in law school, Ms. Wood served as Articles Editor on the Emory Law Journal and a clerk for the Honorable C. Kathryn Preston, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the S. District of Ohio.
