Jessica D. Bradley

Jessica Bradley's practice focuses on trademark, trade dress, false advertising, unfair competition, dilution, copyright, and breach of contract matters. She has worked on a broad array of transactional and litigation proceedings, including international trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement, early stage resolution strategy, USPTO and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, summary judgment and attorneys' fees briefing, and federal appeals.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2011, Jessica was a member on many cases that resulted in successful outcomes for clients, including: as second-chair, won a Texas jury trial against plaintiff seeking $11 million for alleged breach of a trademark settlement agreement and attorneys' fees under a Texas fee statute; won bench trial for BMW's MINI division on trademark infringement, unfair competition, and cybersquatting claims against defendants offering accessories and sportswear under the name Mini Works; won a jury trial for Abercrombie & Fitch regarding trademark, unfair competition, and contract claims, including a verdict for $5.7 million; obtained a favorable settlement for Adel Rootstein (USA) in a copyright infringement action involving the unauthorized copying of mannequin designs and also assisted the client in obtaining copyright registrations for its mannequin designs and in developing a program to routinely copyright all their designs; and served on the litigation team for plaintiff Procter & Gamble that obtained a consent judgment against a private label company accused of copying the trade dress of P&G's Olay Regenerist products.

In addition, Jessica managed 50 international oppositions in Latin America for a major clothing company plaintiff against a trademark pirate, including assisting in the negotiation of a favorable settlement.
