Jill Czeschin focuses on complex commercial, securities and product liability litigation. She also represents clients in corporate compliance and government investigations.

The matters Jill handles involve claims of professional malpractice, securities violations, negligence, breach of contract, fraud, conspiracy, breach of warranty and willful misconduct. Jill also has substantial experience in the area of product liability litigation. She devotes the majority of her practice to representing distinguished accounting firms, financial institutions, government contractors and automotive and other leading product manufacturers.

She represents clients at the state and federal levels, including hearings, arbitrations, mediations and all phases of trial.
