Jillian Weinstein is an associate in O'Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice. Her practice primarily focuses on representing public and private companies in various employment matters. Jillian represents employers in a wide range of employment and labor matters, including employment discrimination, wage and hour class actions, privacy issues, independent contractor issues, expense reimbursement issues and airline deregulation cases. Jillian also dedicates time to environmental matters.

Jillian also focuses a significant portion of her practice to pro bono work, where she assists with immigration-related issues as well as unlawful detainer cases for homeless individuals in Los Angeles.
