Joanna Warren is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition department. She has represented clients in mergers and acquisitions reviewed by the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and state antitrust authorities, and in civil multidistrict, treble damage putative class action antitrust litigation.

Ms. Warren’s experience in merger review matters has involved representation of clients in significant M&A transactions across a broad range of industries. Representative clients include Advantest Corp.; Broadcom Corp.; Dell Inc.; Ecolab, Inc.; Gateway, Inc.; Guidant Corp.; Hoya Corp.; JDS Uniphase Corp.; LSI Corp.; McKesson Corp.; Micrus Endovascular Corp.; MIPS Technologies, Inc.; Pierre Foods, Inc.; PMC Sierra Inc.; Safeco Corp.; Travelport, LP; Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co.; and Yahoo! Inc., among others.

Ms. Warren’s practice also includes counseling clients on a variety of antitrust and competition matters including non-merger related government investigations, potential business arrangements and compliance programs.
