Joe Poff concentrates principally on oil and gas transactions, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, financing transactions and securities offerings.

Mr. Poff represents both domestic and foreign companies, issuers and investment banking firms in a wide variety of energy-related transactions, including oil and gas transactions and joint ventures, as well as domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including negotiated acquisitions and divestitures and various transactions conducted through auctions.

In addition, Mr. Poff has substantial experience in public and private financings, including Rule 144A and Regulation S securities offerings and offerings of interests in master limited partnerships and royalty trusts.
