John is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of health care regulatory law. John has been engaged in the general practice of law in the District of Columbia for more than four decades, with emphasis on litigation, banking, corporate, securities and estate matters. John's litigation practice has covered nearly every kind of case, including banking, corporate, securities, insurance, criminal, fraud, personal injury, contracts, leases, antitrust, domestic relations and will contests. He has also participated in numerous adversary proceedings before administrative agencies.
