John Vogt is a trial lawyer whose practice principally is focused upon defending clients sued in significant state, federal, and nationwide class actions. His class action experience is substantial and includes the design and sale of engineered products, tobacco advertising and promotions, bundled billing, internet-based and negative option advertising, credit reporting, product labeling, the sale of consumer data, race and gender discrimination, claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), recording claims under Sections 632 and 632.7 of California's Penal Code, and pension spiking.
