Mr. Simonis represents landowners, investors, developers, contractors, and users in connection with real estate transactions and development matters, and has substantial experience in connection with real estate joint ventures, purchases and sales, leasing, master planned communities, mixed-use projects, construction and grading, infrastructure, development agreements, financings, and entity formation. He has particular experience in connection with commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments, including acquisition/disposition, leasing, entitlement, construction, infrastructure development and land-use controls.
