John Lipic's practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate and related finance matters. Mr. Lipic is experienced with real estate finance, including mortgage loans, mezzanine debt, refinancings, workouts, restructurings, deeds-in-lieu and foreclosures. He is also experienced with purchases and sales of office, multi-family, retail and industrial properties and with commercial real estate leasing matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lipic was a C.P.A. with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, working primarily with energy and utility companies, defense contractors, local governmental and not-for-profit entities.
