John Phillips is a partner in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. His practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on class actions and commercial disputes, trade secret matters, mass torts and related litigation. He represents a diverse group of local and multinational companies engaged in a broad spectrum of ventures throughout the United States and abroad. He is Chair of the San Francisco office.
