John Anooshian has over 20 years of experience in insurance coverage, bad faith and other litigation. He represents insurance company clients in coverage disputes involving asbestos, environmental pollution, toxic tort and other complex claims.

John has committed himself to understanding and serving his clients’ needs, delivering maximum value and upholding the firm’s long and proud tradition of excellence, commitment and creativity. He has been involved in sophisticated insurance-related litigation in California, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Texas and Vermont. Among these are substantial cases involving numerous Superfund and other hazardous waste sites around the country and abroad and thousands of underlying asbestos and other claims. John’s clients and adversaries include Fortune 500 companies.

During law school, John served on the staff of the Rutgers Law Journal. He also interned with the Honorable Edward R. Becker of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

John has judged law school moot court programs and served as a court appointed arbitrator in tort and contract cases. He also successfully completed the Dickinson School of Law trial advocacy program for practicing lawyers.
