John focuses his practice on the representation of funds, portfolio companies and management in private equity transactions.

He has more than 35 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including the representation of financial and strategic buyers, sellers (entities and individuals) and management in public and private acquisitions and divestitures and joint ventures.

John has represented a wide range of private equity firms, portfolio companies and portfolio company management, most notably a Swiss multinational financial services holding company, an international private equity investment firm, an investment banking firm and a U.S.-based global private equity firm.
