​Jonathan Smith is focusing his practice on a broad range of corporate matters to support clients in the high technology and life sciences industries.

While attending law school, Jonathan worked in the Stanford Organizations and Transactions Clinic and was a Lead Article Editor for the Stanford Journal of International Law. He also interned in the office of the San Francisco City Attorney at San Francisco International Airport.
