His experience spans issues arising in all phases of litigation, from pre-complaint investigations through post-trial briefing, and includes significant experience in resolving complicated discovery matters. Mr. Kresse is also experienced in conducting internal investigations and related client counseling. He has advised and worked closely with clients on document retention and management policies.
