Joe Kociubes is a partner in Bingham’s Securities and Financial Institutions Litigation Group and has been with the firm since 1974. Joe is a trial lawyer focusing on civil litigation, including commercial, licensing, energy, financial services, real estate, securities, insurance and constitutional litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitrations. He has tried cases in state and federal courts across the United States and has also appeared before administrative and regulatory agencies.
