Joseph is Chair of the Wealth Planning Group. His practice is primarily representing high net worth individuals, including major shareholders and executives of closely held and publicly traded entities. His practice also concentrates on corporate, partnership, real estate, mergers, acquisitions, international tax, sports and entertainment, charitable organizations, estate and tax planning areas. He is the author of many publications, is a frequent lecturer on tax matters, and is adjunct faculty at University of Pennsylvania Law School and Temple University Law School Graduate School of Tax.
