Josh Becker has a national practice concentrating on complex litigation, including mass torts and class actions. His litigation experience includes cases involving appliances, asbestos, automobiles, chemicals, electronics, food/beverage/supplements, hydraulic fluid, marine products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, silica, and talc. His recent experience also includes consumer fraud class actions, NAD/CARU disputes, and FTC/green guide compliance.

He has been quoted in publications ranging from Bloomberg News to the Miami Herald, serves on the editorial board of Product Liability Law & Strategy, and previously served on the editorial board of Energy Law360.

Mr. Becker serves as co-leader of the firm’s natural gas extraction/hydraulic fracturing practice.

He provides pro bono representation to various organizations and individuals, including a Nepali citizen in a successful U.S. Immigration Court trial and then defending his client before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Additionally, he is involved with serving on several non-profit boards.

Mr. Becker previously served as the deputy press secretary for U.S. Senator Bob Graham. He graduated with his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida College of Law, where he was the executive notes and comments editor of the Florida Law Review.
