Joshua Bennett is a senior associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. He is versatile business litigator with significant experience in high-stakes commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense matters, and regulatory investigations. Mr. Bennett handles matters from pleadings, through trial and appeal, including complex fact and expert discovery and e-discovery. He has litigated in various state and federal courts across the country; in arbitrations and mediations; and against government and regulatory agencies including the Department of Justice, various United States Attorneys' Offices, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the New York Attorney General’s Office and FINRA. Mr. Bennett also has substantial trial experience and has played an active role in several multi-week long trials.
