Jae-Hyon Ahn,

a senior associate in the Tokyo office, is a member of the Energy and Infrastructure group.

Mr. Ahn's practice focuses on international energy and infrastructure projects representing key stakeholders including, sponsors, lenders and export credit agencies. Mr. Ahn regularly advises financial institutions and major international companies in connection with various complex cross border financing matters, including bank, structured and asset finance transactions.

Prior to joining Orrick's Tokyo office, Mr. Ahn was a member of Orrick's Finance group in New York. He also worked at another major international law firm in Tokyo.
