Julie Westcott O Dell

Julie O’Dell focuses her practice primarily in employment and class action commercial litigation. She concentrates her practice in counseling and defending employers in employment-related matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour claims. Ms. O’Dell’s experience covers every aspect of litigation at the administrative level, as well as in arbitration and federal and state court. Ms. O’Dell has also represented businesses in a variety of commercial disputes, ranging from breach of contract to securities claims.

Prior to moving to California and joining the firm, Ms. O’Dell was a member in a boutique employment firm in Kansas City, Missouri.
