Kathleen Kean is a counsel in the firm’s Technology Transactions Practice and member of the Technology and Life Sciences Group. Ms. Kean re-joined Goodwin Procter in 2014.

Ms. Kean’s work for clients includes intellectual property and technology matters. Ms. Kean represents medical device, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in a range of transactions, including partnering transactions; technology license agreements; collaboration agreements; research and development deals; supply agreements; litigation settlements; and mergers and acquisitions.
