Kimberly A. Cole

Kimberly A. Cole concentrates her practice on labor and employment litigation, with a focus on employment-related claims including PAGA, wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination as well as defamation, breach of contract and whistleblower claims. She represents clients in all aspects of employment law, including classifications, development of policies, trainings, implementation of policies, investigations, severance and discipline, among others, in forums ranging from administrative agencies to federal courts to court of appeals.
