Linda S. Bruggeman

Linda S. Bruggeman is a government contracts lawyer with experience representing clients in matters involving the Department of Defense, NASA, and civilian agencies, including the defense of qui tam actions under the False Claims Act. Linda’s practice focuses on both litigation and counseling in connection with government contracts, with particular emphasis on issues involving cost allowability, the Cost Accounting Standards, and the Truth in Negotiations Act. She has lectured on a variety of cost allowability and allocability issues for the Educational Services Institute in association with George Washington University.

Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Linda was a member of the Government Contracts Group of Crowell & Moring, which she joined after practicing government contracts law in the General Services Administration and serving as legislative counsel for the Department of Justice.
