I just took the plunge into entrepreneurship, joining three other co-founders at Homie, a company that will revolutionize the way people buy and sell residential real estate.
In my previous legal career I worked as an outside general counsel for tech and VC backed companies, negotiating terms and drafting documents related to merger and acquisition transactions. I also negotiated and drafted documents related to venture capital financings, bridge loans, and SVB loans as well as various license agreements. I have experience in forming new entities, maintaining company minute books and capitalization tables, and designing and implementing equity compensation plans.
