Nazak Nikakhtar’s practice focuses on international trade law matters, including antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, export controls, international and bilateral trade agreements, customs matters, and trade policy and World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement. Ms. Nikakhtar regularly advises multinational corporations, U.S. trade associations and foreign governments on international business and policy issues, customs regulatory matters and valuation laws, and U.S. and foreign trade laws. She has extensive experience representing clients in the industrial, agriculture, chemical, and manufacturing sectors. Ms. Nikakhtar has successfully represented clients before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
