Noah Kressler is of counsel in Baker Donelson's New Orleans office. Mr. Kressler is an experienced corporate finance and transactional attorney whose practice covers a wide range of capital markets, securities law and general corporate matters. He has significant experience advising public and private companies, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, investment banks and shareholders in public and private offerings of equity and debt, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, private placements, strategic investments and acquisition financing.

He also advises clients on general corporate and business matters, corporate governance issues and securities law compliance. Mr. Kressler represents many different types of companies, including multinational corporations, middle market companies and emerging growth companies across numerous industries, including financial services, health care, hospitality, retail, internet and entertainment and media. Prior to joining Baker Donelson, he practiced in New York and London at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

Mr. Kressler also has experience advising entertainment and media companies, advertisers and celebrities in negotiating production, talent, licensing, assignment and co-promotion agreements in motion pictures, television and advertising.
