Paul Davis has been an intellectual property attorney since 1977. Prior to Joining the Beyer Law Group LLP Mr. Davis was a partner at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC, a partner at Heller Ehrman LLP, where he chaired the Intellectual Property Patent Group, also a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC, where he also chaired the Intellectual Property Patent Group and Mr. Davis was formerly the General Counsel and Vice President of Laserscope, the first minimally invasive surgical company.

His clients are in the medical device, software and electro-optic industries. He currently represents Sanofi-Aventis for their medical device businesses in the United States, Hello, Inc., Square, August Home, Inc., and Founders Den, among others.

In the medical device area Mr. Davis has represented companies in urology, cardiology, gynecology, ENT, neurology and other medical areas.
