Radha D. S. Kulkarni focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling, and has worked on matters involving complex issues of state and federal civil procedure. She has participated in the litigation of claims involving misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and California wage and hour issues.

Prior to joining Littler, Radha worked for a national firm in Pasadena, California, where her practice included employment law as well as general civil litigation.

During law school, Radha served as Executive Officer of External Affairs for the Moot Court Honors Program, President of the South Asian Law Students Association, and Managing Editor for the UCLA Entertainment Law Review.
